Our website uses Contact Form 7 to process inquiries.
Messages submitted through the contact form are sent to our business Gmail account, provided by Google. They are not stored in our WordPress database.
We use these messages for business correspondence and project-related communication.
Inquiries that do not lead to a project are generally retained for up to 12 months.
Correspondence related to completed or ongoing projects may be retained longer when necessary for business records, contractual matters, or legal obligations.
4. Website Statistics
We use Koko Analytics to understand how visitors use our website.
Koko Analytics is configured in Cookieless mode, without tracking cookies. It generates a temporary, one-way identifier using technical information such as the visitor’s IP address and browser information, together with a secret key that changes daily. The underlying IP address and browser information are not stored in the analytics records, and the temporary identifier is reset daily.
We use this information to understand which pages are visited and improve our website.
We do not use Google Analytics or advertising tracking pixels.
5. YouTube Videos
Some pages contain videos hosted by YouTube, a service provided by Google.
Our website uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embedding domain, youtube-nocookie.com.
The video player is loaded only when you choose to play a video.
Once you interact with the player, YouTube may collect information about your device and your interaction with the video, according to Google’s privacy practices.
6. Cookies
Our website does not use advertising cookies or cookies for visitor analytics.
Koko Analytics operates without cookies.
WordPress uses cookies for administrative login sessions and related website management functions.

7. Website Hosting and Security
Our website is hosted by HostGator.
Like most hosting providers, the server may collect technical information, including IP addresses, browser details, and access times, through server logs.

We use UpdraftPlus to create backups of our website.
These backups may include website files and database information.
Backup copies are stored using Dropbox, a third-party cloud storage provider.
We normally retain up to four recent backup copies, replacing older copies as new backups are created.
Backups are used for website recovery and maintenance, not for marketing or visitor tracking.
9. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information.
Information may be processed by service providers involved in operating our website and communicating with visitors, including:
- Google, for business email and embedded YouTube videos.
- HostGator, for website hosting.
- Dropbox, for website backup storage.
These providers may process or store information outside Canada.

General inquiries that do not result in a project are normally deleted within 12 months.
