OUR PROCESS

Everything starts with your script

The most important steps in any video production are defining:

– your goals (who this is for, and what you need them to know)
– your resources (time, money, talent)
– your preliminary script and vision

Once we have this information, we can provide a preliminary budget and timeline for your whiteboard animation.

Pre-production: Gathering the elements

Once your script and storyboard have been approved and finalized, we cast a voice actor (to be approved by you), coordinate the graphic artist, and manage the music in preparation for animation and video production.

You provide the logos, corporate colours, fonts, jingles, key images and other elements that must be included in the video.

Production & Delivery

When you have approved all the elements, we will create a first draft of the video. You then provide feedback and final approval regarding the audio and video components.

Once the final version of the video is approved, we will provide you with the copies and formats you need. Your whiteboard animation will be ready for you to share with your audience.

How much does whiteboard animation cost?

A whiteboard animation can be created using different techniques ranging from the use of pre-existing clipart to hand-drawn drawings. The cost of a project depends on the duration of the video, as well as the style and technique used for its creation. In this respect, the most useful tool in determining the final cost is a script.

We understand that you need to know how much your project is likely to cost before we get started, and in our experience, projects tend to fall into three price categories as depicted below. Keep in mind though, that these are general ballpark figures.
